missingWrote a review on Sept 14dirty refrigerator
My room, labeled as non-smoking, had an unmistakable scent of cigarettes that didn’t sit well. The kitchen appliances lacked functionality. the refrigerator was not working and was dirty, making any food storage a hassle. Additionally, the restaurant on-site only serves as a buffet, which means if you're not hungry, you're out of luck. The noise from the pool area echoed into the room, particularly bothersome when you request quiet accommodations. There were also notable cleanliness issues, including stained curtains and blankets that felt incredibly old.

The family suite we stayed in was spacious, making it easy for us to relax together after our adventures.
For dads, it would be great if there was more kid-friendly dining.

The hotel has a nice pool and a courteous staff that makes a difference. However, the food was quite disappointing and the rooms showed signs of wear. The mattress was hard but provided decent sleep overall. For the price, I expected better quality.

Great stay with awesome food!
We had a fun time here! The room was super comfy with plenty of space. The pools were a hit, especially the one with the slide. Plus, the buffet was delish for just $10. Just wish there were more dining spots nearby. Overall, it made our stay special.

I had a delicious sandwich at the poolside bar—totally hit the spot! Plus, the airport shuttle was a lifesaver. The staff also rocked, super friendly and welcoming.
We got stuck in a room with a broken AC and stained curtains. When we asked to switch, we had to wait it out for the maintenance team to verify our complaints, which was a bit of a hassle.

Excellent Staff and Comfortable Stay
I enjoyed my time at this hotel, especially the friendly staff who made me feel welcome right from the start. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the cozy seating area, which allowed me to unwind after a long day. The 24-hour buffet provided a satisfying variety of food options, perfect for late-night cravings. However, the dining choices outside the hotel were limited, which could be improved.

The economic room with an extra-large bed provided a quiet and comfortable stay, with a clean bed and good parking available. The shower was invigorating, and the location offered easy highway access. However, the non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes, which was disappointing. The dining experience at the buffet felt limited, as it only met basic hunger needs with Mexican food options, and the overall meal selection did not impress.
